Courtney Pourciau | Ministry & Parish Partner
Courtney Pourciau has a 20 year background in critical care and Hospice nursing, and 10 years of Ministry experience. Over the years she has served in various roles supporting local Catholic ministries, including Director of Operations, Project Management, workflow improvement, event bookings, marketing, and creative design. Courtney also coordinated and launched a successful Marriage Formation Ministry and Small Groups Initiative at her home parish providing an avenue for formation, discipleship, and cultivating community.
Courtney is passionate about evangelization, connecting with people, and building relationships. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, volunteering, creative design, and solving complicated problems through practical solutions with her husband Pat.

Pat Pourciau | Parish Partner & Sound Engineer
Pat Pourciau has a 30+ year background in Building Automation Systems/ Controls Engineering; a 10 year background as a commercial electrician; and a 20 year background as a musician in various genres including Rock and Blues bands.
Pat has been instrumental in sound and audio visual production coordination and execution of various projects with St. Bernard Church, St. Bernard School, and the Community of Jesus Crucified. He has a passion for evangelization, connecting with others, solving complicated problems through practical solutions, and has an undeniable heart of service. Pat’s hobbies include spending time with family, cooking, volunteering, fixing broken things, and listening to music.

Laura Miller | Catholic Schools Partner & Gallup Strengths Coach
Laura Miller is a veteran of the US Army and has a 27-year background in healthcare as a commercial, operations, and executive officer. Over the years, she has served the Catholic Church as a consultant supporting strategic planning processes, roadmaps, budgeting, board chair, and small group leader. Specifically, she has helped Catholic schools with mission, culture, vision, leadership recruitment, and leadership development.
Laura is passionate about the God-given Strengths of others. Often, she can't wait to meet you so she can understand the gifts that you have been entrusted. As a servant leader, she loves to help teams transform, embracing their own gifts, and celebrating the gifts of others. Laura's hobbies include traveling, gardening, cooking, and dancing to her children's Cajun Band - Amis du Teche.

Monica Domingue | Events Partner & Parish Partner
Monica Domingue brings 35 years of professional work experience in the insurance industry. Her career included sales, operations, claims and management. She also has as many years serving the Catholic Church, Catholic schools, and other local organizations.
Monica has a servant’s heart and because of her love for God and neighbor, she never hesitates to share her gifts and talents in hopes that others will find and know their place in the beautiful “Love Story” we all live out in the pursuit of heaven. She is an innovative thinker with the ability to quickly generate ideas, solutions and engage in ongoing dialogue. Much of her recent service includes planning and hosting events, and creating and building processes for the continued success of existing ministries. Monica enjoys traveling with her husband Kirt, spending time with her granddaughters, reading, learning about her Catholic faith, golf, pickleball, and will never refuse a good cup of coffee!
